Meet Our Program Director

Jennifer Similien serves as the Program Director of Stable Path Solutions, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), she has dedicated her career to improving the well-being of individuals and families through compassionate, person-centered care, care coordination, and advocacy.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and veterans across behavioral health, case management, utilization management, and community-based healthcare settings. Her experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the medical, behavioral, and social factors that influence housing stability, recovery, and long-term success.

Jennifer understands that individuals transitioning from incarceration often face significant barriers to securing stable housing and rebuilding their lives. Drawing on her background in healthcare, behavioral health, and case management, she recognizes the importance of coordinated support, continuity of care, access to benefits, and safe, stable housing in promoting successful community reintegration. This understanding shapes Stable Path Solutions' collaborative approach to working with correctional institutions, hospitals, behavioral health providers, veterans' organizations, social service agencies, and other referral partners to help individuals access housing that supports long-term stability and independence.

As Program Director, Jennifer is committed to building strong partnerships with organizations that share the mission of reducing homelessness, supporting successful reentry, and expanding access to safe, affordable housing for individuals in need. She believes that stable housing is the foundation for improved health, personal dignity, self-sufficiency, and lasting community integration.
